Search Templates

KSearch supports a variety of Search-Page Templates for your KSearch website search engine. All Search Page templates are fully compatible and customizeable with KSearch 1.4 and above. Search Page themes vary in color and style. The Search Page (search_form.html) is XHTML 1.0 Strict and use a CSS 2.1 compliant style sheet. Each Template package contains a search form and matching search results page, CSS style sheet, images, and installation instructions. Contact Us for suggestions, or to submit your own designs.

NOTE: "Search-Page Templates" differ than a "Search Bar". A Search-Page Template is a Web page that displays a integrated serach bar. A Search Bar is a single bar already integrated into a Web page (such as the one above we use on this site) that connects directly to the search.cgi file.

How to Install

1. Download a Theme and extract the ZIP file.
2. Open the README.txt file, and follow the Installation Instructions.
3. Upload the package to your web server and test the results in your browser. Make sure everything works, and looks exactly like the Screenshot.
4. You're done!
